Refund and Cancellation Policy

SVYATENKO sells digital content. No physical product is shipped or returned.

Before payment or supply

To request cancellation before payment has been confirmed and before supply has begun, contact hello@svyatenkopatterns.com with the order number and order date.

Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Please read the Withdrawal Information and use the optional Model Withdrawal Form.

For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires only when the legal requirements are met, including the consumer’s prior express consent to immediate supply, acknowledgement that the right will be lost when supply begins, the required contractual confirmation, and the start of supply.

After the right of withdrawal has expired

An ordinary change-of-mind refund is not offered after the right of withdrawal has validly expired. This does not affect mandatory remedies for non-delivery or lack of conformity.

Non-delivery, corrupted files or lack of conformity

Contact hello@svyatenkopatterns.com if content was not supplied, a file is corrupted, the wrong product was supplied, or the content materially differs from its description. We will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include restoring access, supplying a conforming file, a price reduction, termination or a refund.

Duplicate charges

A verified duplicate or erroneous charge will be corrected and refunded where appropriate.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
