Payment Policy

Prices and taxes

Prices are displayed in EUR. VAT is not charged or shown under the German small-business scheme pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG). The final total is shown before the customer places an order.

Payment methods

Card payments are processed through Stripe Checkout. PayPal Smart Button checkout may offer a PayPal account and eligible card funding options selected by PayPal. Availability may depend on the customer’s country and the provider’s checks.

Payment services are provided by Stripe and PayPal. Read the Stripe Privacy Policy and PayPal Privacy Statement.

Payment confirmation

A browser redirect or success page does not prove payment. An order is treated as paid only after reliable server-side confirmation from the payment provider. Purchased files are then made available in My Patterns.

SVYATENKO does not receive or store full payment-card details entered on a provider-hosted payment page.

Payment support

If funds appear to have been charged but the order status has not changed, do not immediately pay again. Contact hello@svyatenkopatterns.com and include the order number.
