1. Controller
Valentyna Sviatenko, SVYATENKO, Dreyerstr. 7, 30169 Hannover, Germany
Email: hello@svyatenkopatterns.com
2. Data, purposes and legal bases
- Contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): account, order, payment-status and download data needed to process purchases and provide files and support.
- Google sign-in (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR): if you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides us with your Google account identifier, name, email address and, if available, profile image. We use these data only to create or link your SVYATENKO account and authenticate future sign-ins. We do not receive your Google password and do not store the profile image or Google OAuth tokens.
- Legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)): records required by tax, accounting and other law.
- Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): security logs, fraud prevention, abuse prevention and technical diagnostics, after balancing relevant rights.
- Consent (Article 6(1)(a)): optional cookies and marketing where consent is required. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Recipients and service providers
- DreamHost, LLC: acts as a processor for VPS hosting and SMTP email delivery in the US East region of the USA.
- Google: Google Ireland Limited and relevant Google group companies provide the optional Google account sign-in service. When you choose it, Google processes the authentication request and shares the account data described above. Read the Google Privacy Policy.
- Stripe: Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and relevant Stripe group companies process card payments and perform fraud-prevention, security and compliance activities. Depending on the activity, Stripe may act as a processor or as a controller. Read the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- PayPal: PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. processes PayPal checkout, eligible card funding and related fraud-prevention, security and compliance activities. Read the PayPal Privacy Statement.
No separate external analytics, advertising, consent-management, email-marketing or customer-support platform is currently connected to the storefront. Newsletter subscriptions and support messages are handled within the store and delivered through DreamHost email services.
4. International transfers
Because hosting and email infrastructure are located in the USA, personal data may be transferred outside the EEA. DreamHost’s Customer Data Processing Addendum incorporates the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to countries without an adequacy decision. A copy of the applicable safeguards may be requested at hello@svyatenkopatterns.com. Google, Stripe and PayPal may also process data outside the EEA using the safeguards described in their linked privacy notices.
5. Retention
- Account data and download entitlements are kept while the account and access rights remain active, unless deletion is requested and no overriding legal duty applies.
- Orders, invoices, payment records and tax-relevant documents are retained for the applicable German statutory retention periods, generally up to eight or ten years depending on the record.
- Security and technical logs are kept only for the period needed to protect the service, investigate incidents and establish or defend legal claims, then deleted or anonymised.
- Support messages are kept until the request is resolved and afterwards only while needed for follow-up or legal claims.
- Download and digital-content consent records are kept while access rights or related statutory and legal-claim periods continue.
- Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn; evidence of consent or withdrawal may be retained where necessary to demonstrate compliance.
6. Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Privacy requests can be sent to hello@svyatenkopatterns.com.
7. Required data and automated decisions
Name, email address, billing address, telephone number, account credentials, cart and order details are required to create and operate an account, conclude a purchase and provide secure access to files. The selected payment provider requires the payment information shown in its checkout. Without required information, the relevant account, payment, order or file access cannot be provided. Newsletter subscription and other fields expressly marked optional are voluntary.
SVYATENKO does not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects under Article 22 GDPR. Stripe and PayPal may perform their own automated fraud and risk checks under their respective privacy notices.
8. Cookies and security
See the Cookie Policy for information about essential device storage. We use technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
